Please note, that for EVERY study that uses the QLQ-C30, QLQ-C15-PAL or IN-PATSAT32 a new requested should be made. Once you have submitted your request you will automatically receive an email with the download links.
If you want to use the EORTC QLQ-C30 in your study our scoring manual is necessary for scoring your results. The link to download the scoring manual is also included in the email which contains the download links.
