KIND REQUEST Please ensure that you register for a group meeting, indicating your preferences for attending the dinner, bringing along an accompanying person. You will find the reply form in the announcement of each of our group meetings. Please complete a form for each participant. This does NOT apply to EGAM, for which you must register with the EORTC ( see appropriate link on the EORTC website ) On the basis of your replies, the host will be making arrangements for meeting room allocation, refreshments and dinner. If you do not register by the stated deadline, or change your preferences at the last minute, it may not be possible to accommodate you. |
