Before applying for membership of the Radiation Oncology Group (ROG), we recommend that you have a look at the following documents:
|
- Investigators Handbook: this can be found on the EORTC website: |
- Minimum requirements for radiotherapy departments entering patients in EORTC ROG trials |
- Statutes of the group |
| |
If your centre is not yet a member of the EORTC (for any Cooperative Group) or has not been active for the past 3 years, then the general EORTC membership procedure should be followed. Please mail to membership@eortc.be for the necessary information and documents. |
| |
Active centres in ROG studies should complete a Facility Questionnaire every 2 years, enclosing also results of dosimetry intercomparisons for all radiotherapy machines used for the treatment of trial patients. This can be downloaded or completed on-line |
